A moment.

A weekend in KY is like being in a suspended dimension of time; separated from the rest of the harsh, merciless tempo of reality. "Time drips slow," Shakespeare wrote, and that definitely holds true in this place. Indulge yourself in an abundance of naps and biscuits spread with Nutella, finish your homework and prepare for Monday's lessons, read a book (or two), watch Criminal Minds, take a jog around campus, reunite with the peers who come back from the city... It all passes by so fast, and yet, the leisure feels rejuvenating. For a few brief hours, KY is peaceful (like a sleeping dragon, like the calm before another storm).
